We believe in clear and transparent professional fees. The following rates are our standard starting fees. A detailed quotation will be provided after an initial assessment of your case.

Criminal Cases

Professional Fees Starting from THB 80,000

We provide legal advice and representation in criminal matters at all stages of the legal process, from initial consultation and case assessment to court proceedings.

Our services may include:

• Criminal case assessment and legal strategy
• Representation of defendants and injured parties
• Assistance during police investigations
• Preparation of complaints, statements, petitions, and other legal documents

Example: A foreign client who becomes involved in a criminal complaint in Thailand may require a lawyer to review the allegations and evidence, advise on legal rights, assist during the investigation, prepare the case, and provide representation before the Thai court.

Civil Cases

Our lawyers handle a broad range of civil disputes for both Thai and international clients.

For documents requiring certification, legalization, notarization, or submission to a particular authority, additional requirements and fees may apply.

Legal Consultation

THB 2,000 per Hour

Clients may consult our lawyers regarding Thai law before deciding whether further legal action is necessary.

Starting from THB 5,000 per Visit

Our lawyers and representatives can provide professional services outside our office when attendance at another location is required.

Examples include attendance at:

• Government offices
• Land Offices
• District Offices
• Immigration Offices
• Meetings and negotiations
• Client business premises
• Other locations relevant to the legal matter

The starting fee applies to standard assignments within the applicable service area. Transportation, travel outside Bangkok, accommodation, government fees, and other necessary expenses may be charged separately.

The fees shown above are starting professional fees and are intended to provide clients with a clear indication of the expected cost of our services.

The final professional fee depends on factors such as the complexity of the matter, volume of documents and evidence, number of parties involved, expected duration of proceedings, court appearances, location, and the scope of work required.

Court fees, government fees, official charges, translation certification, expert fees, transportation, accommodation, and other third-party expenses are not included unless expressly stated in our quotation.
