Supreme Court President Presides Over Evidence Review Panel Composition


The Chief Judge of Chiang Mai Provincial Court was suddenly ill and had a case. Consequently, the President of the Supreme Court presided over the case in lieu of the Chief Judge of Chiang Mai Provincial Court, together with one Judge, in order to constitute a full panel to determine whether the evidence presented in the case was proper or improper. The case was deemed improper because the full panel was not constituted pursuant to Section 24 of the Organic Law of the Judicial Courts.
