Criminal Prosecution Initiated Following Police Investigation and Evidence Review
Joint Murder of the Victim Completed; Criminal Liability May Arise; Investigation of the Case; The accused persons 1 through 9 must be charged and the prosecution team of the Office of the Public Prosecutor will proceed with the case. The Office of the Public Prosecutor ordered the charging of all accused persons. During the awaiting of the transfer of the accused persons, all 9 accused persons were brought before the court. The Commander of the National Police Command issued an order that the Special Police Force shall have the authority to investigate the case. One week after that, the investigators of the Special Police Force submitted the investigation file. The issue of whether to indict the accused persons should be considered. The Police Station, after considering the investigation report of the Special Police Force, should order the charging of all accused persons and proceed with the investigation file. The Office of the Public Prosecutor, whether it is the same person or a new person, unless the Office of the Public Prosecutor orders further investigation pursuant to Section 143 of the Criminal Code.
