Unauthorized Entry and Theft of Property – Criminal Prosecution
The defendant brazenly entered the residence of Mr. Kohn Kaew, using a window which was constructed without intending it to be a passageway, and stole a television set priced at 3,000 baht belonging to Mr. Kohn Kaew. The incident occurred in the ward of Chanasongkram, Chetprakanoch, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Police apprehended the defendant.
