Royal Thai Police Officer Sin and Police Sergeant Saeho were involved in the apprehension of Mr. Chier, charged with operating a commercial truck while driving a small car, instructing Mr. Chier to follow the small car to proceed with legal action at the police station, under the command of Police Officer Sin and Police Sergeant Saeho. Upon Police Officer Sin driving the small car approaching the bridge across the canal, with Police Sergeant Saeho, Mr. Chier, driven by anger at being apprehended, drove the commercial truck to collide with the small car driven by Police Officer Sin, in order for the small car of Police Officer Sin to fall into the canal, which normally has deep water. The vehicle lost control and plunged into the canal. Police Officer Sin sustained a brief unconsciousness. At that time, the small car sank to a level of the seat of Mr. Chier’s driving, the vehicle passed the point of impact for a short distance and seized the opportunity to push it, causing it to fall from the vehicle, unconscious on the road. Mr. Chier drove the truck to flee, but was ultimately apprehended by Police Sergeant Saeho, a Highway Police officer. He diagnosed whether Mr. Chier was liable for any offense. Mr. Chier drove the commercial truck to collide with the small car driven by Police Officer Sin to cause the small car to fall into the canal, which normally has deep water, due to the intent to kill Police Officer Sin. Police Officer Sin and Police Sergeant Saeho arrested Mr. Chier in accordance with their duty, desiring the outcome that when the small car fell into the canal, the clause of the Act B.E. 2529.
