Conciliation and Agreement Outside of Court by Mr. Da-om Pe, through Mr. Daeng, was possible regarding Mr. Daeng’s land. Subsequently, Mr. Dam constructed a row of buildings across the essential transportation route for a large truck, allowing for convenient access. Leaving a passage of 5 meters, a concrete road, such as this, Mr. Daeng would be able to file a lawsuit to compel Mr. Dam to remove the buildings constructed across the essential transportation route only when convenient access was possible without hindrance. If the convenience diminished, it was not necessary to demolish the structures across the essential transportation route and the Commercial Code, Section 1391, did not prohibit the owner of the property from constructing.
