Managing Director’s Misappropriation and Subsequent Legal Action
Mr. Wan Chai, Managing Director of Siam Business Co., Ltd., which is registered as a legal entity, misappropriated 1,000,000 Baht belonging to Siam Business Co., Ltd., which he managed, and in his capacity as legal representative for the company, advised Mr. Witur, one of the shareholders of the company, regarding the situation where the managing director of the legal entity committed a criminal offense by misappropriating the assets of Siam Business Co., Ltd., its own legal entity, and a partner of that entity, became a claimant and pursued legal action (Recital 1250/2521 of the Extraordinary General Meeting).
