Guardianship Granted After Assault and Rectification Proceedings
A person aged 12 years old, namely Ms. Ladda, was found to have been assaulted by Mr. Saiw. Ms. Ladda granted Mr. Swing the authority to file the lawsuit on her behalf while the case was under appeal. Ms. Ladda sought to ascertain how the court would proceed with the rectification. The court ordered the son of Ms. Ladda, born of Mr. Saiw, to be placed under the guardianship of Mr. Swing, pursuant to Section 29. Mr. Pissawong prosecuted Mr. Jiem for the murder of his son, and the court scheduled a hearing.
