Article 8. Ms. Choe went to purchase pig meat, at a price of 1od baht per piece, and received a change of 41 baht from the butcher upon returning home. While counting the change, she observed that there were 80 baht. Ms. Choe believed that the butcher had overcharged her by 2 baht, so she kept it, and took the remaining pig meat and 70 baht, and delivered it to Ms. Chie, stating that the butcher had provided it for 1d baht. Ms. Chie accepted the entirety of this.

It is alleged that Ms. Choe and Ms. Sue are liable for overcharging by 1d baht, or Ms. Sue wrongfully possessed money obtained from another and appropriated it, namely, the butcher delivered the change to her under a misrepresentation that it was her own for 1d baht. Ms. Choe is liable under Section 352, paragraph . Ms. Choe is liable in the same manner as Ms. Sue.
