The proceeds from the sale of the money were fully expended. The investigating officer interviewed Mr. B, who suffered from and passed away prior to that. The Public Prosecutor prosecuted Mr. Kh. against Mr. Go, alleging theft and demanding the return or payment of the property value of 1,500 Baht to the owner, which occurred due to the marital relationship of the parties which was not registered and subsequently dissolved. Mr. Kh. filed a complaint. The Plaintiff, Mr. K., jointly with the Public Prosecutor, brought a case against Mr. Kh. who admitted guilt. The court ruled as follows:

The court sentenced Mr. Kh. as charged and denied Mr. Ch. as a co-Plaintiff pursuant to Section 29, stating that when the injured party files a lawsuit and subsequently dies, the heirs take possession. However, in this case, the Public Prosecutor was the plaintiff, and Mr. Go did not file a lawsuit, therefore, he took possession.
