Criminal Liability for Coercing an Attempted Abortion


Article 9. Mr. Waan entered into a marriage relationship with Ms. Khomsao, a maidservant, whereby Ms. Khomsao desired to entrust the child to whom Mr. Waan threatened to dismiss her if she did not abort the child.
